We are pleased to announce that in March 2013 we were accredited to the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (“CQS”). The CQS provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices and clients can be assured of a professional conveyancing service which meets the Law Society’s extremely high standards. The CQS requires random audits and annual reviews in order to maintain CQS status. It is only open to members of the Law Society who meet the demanding standards set by the Scheme, which has the support of the Council for Mortgage Lenders, the Building Societies Association, Legal Ombudsman and the Association of the British Insurers.
